Compass Property Inspections Inc. is a privately held
Company owned & operated by Robert (Bob) Hickson,
P. Eng. The Company offers a professional home
inspection service catering to home buyers, home sellers
and the real estate profession.


As industry professionals, our goal is to fairly and
accurately report on the condition of homes that we
inspect. We strive to produce balanced reports with an
unbiased perspective that will enable our clients to
make informed decisions.
