Pre-Purchase Inspections

This service caters to clients that have made a conditional offer to

purchase a

home subject to a satisfactory Home Inspection. Clients

may

be first time or

repeat home buyers with or without previous

Home

Inspection experience.

Compass Property Inspections takes

pride in our

quick response to your

inspection request. We encourage

you to

accompany us and ask questions

during the inspection.

Pre-Listing Inspections

This service is of interest to clients that are going to sell their home in

the

near future. Compass Property Inspections will perform a complete

inspection of your home and issue a draft report. Based on the draft

report,

you may decide to make some repairs. At your convenience, we

will do a

follow up inspection and issue a final report. We also provide

two page

summary report that you can distribute to interested

buyers.

These reports

are an excellent marketing tool to assist in selling

your

home. We would also

be happy to perform a "walk through

review" of

the inspection report with

interested buyers for a modest fee.

New Home Warranty Inspections

Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI):

A pre-deliver inspection is mandatory for all new homes registered

under

the

Tarion program. Compass Property Inspections would be

pleased to

assist

you in this important task. Our inspectors are trained

to look for

potential

problems or defects that may not be apparent to

you.

30 Day Form and 1 Year Form:

Compass Inspections is also available to assist you in completing the

day

inspection or 1 year inspection of your new home.

Scheduling a Home Inspection

A thorough Home Inspection takes approximately 3 hours. Clients are encouraged to

accompany

the

inspector and ask questions. We can clarify unfamiliar features and offer practical

advice on any items

that may

need attention throughout the home.

Call anytime between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM.

Inspections can be arranged

throughout the day or evening. Evening appointments must start 1 hour

before

sunset

to allow time for the exterior inspection

We perform inspections on both weekdays and weekends.

Our Home Inspection fees are competitive and affordable.
